Welcome to the Spiced Pear's Tasting Series for 2013. Each of our events is so much more than a tasting. Our culinary team, headed by Executive Chef Tom Duffy, will be on hand at each of the events preparing and discussing the proper pairing of food to complement each of the libations that will be presented by a special guest speaker.

Back by popular demand, we be featuring another Scotch and Cigar tasting in 2013. This very special installment of our 2013 Tasting Series features a selection of the finest Scotch available and cigars from the exclusive Havana Cigar Club.
The 2012 Scotch Ambassador of the Year David Blackmore will be our featured guest speaker.

DINNER WITH DUFFY - HOLIDAY ENTERTAINING

Chef Tom Duffy and the culinary team at the Spiced Pear will lead this hands on cooking class where the theme is all about the holidays. Chef Duffy will show guests just how easy it is to look like a star chef when entertaining during the holidays.
The hands on cooking class is followed by an included dinner when guests will get to indulge in the delicacies they helped to create!

BIT OF BUBBLY - FEATURING MOET & CHANDON

Our final installment of our 2013 Tasting Series takes us on a tasting of a 'Bit of Bubbly'. Some of the finest champagne and sparkling wines available from Moët & Chandon will be on hand.
A special guest speaker will also be present to speak of the significance of these fine wines.
