New Years Eve at The Chanler

Celebrate the end of 2018 and the start of a new beginning. Ring in the New Year at The Chanler and Cara. Our New Years Eve programming begins with two seatings at Cara restaurant. Both menus feature King Crab, Turbot and Wagyu Beef. 

The first seating is from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm and will feature a special six-course tasting menu for $165 per person. Please note, you must purchase a ticket prior of $100 for admission into this event. It will be fully applied to your final bill. 

First Seating Menu - CHEERS   

The second seating is from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm and will feature a decadent eight-course tasting menu for $225 per person. The second seating also includes access to special musical performances by The Brian Scott Band and a champagne toast with passed canapés at midnight. Please note, you must purchase a ticket prior of $100 for admission into this event. It will be fully applied to your final bill. 

Second Seating Menu - REVEL

For those looking for just entertainment, enjoy performances by our live band, The Brian Scott Band and a champagne toast with passed canapés at midnight. There will be a $25 admission fee beginning at 9 pm. In-house guests may present their room key for complimentary admission.
