Our Foundations of Taste event will begin with a brief discussion about lamb and a demonstration on how to prepare perfect rack of lamb. It will then continue with a three-course menu to include:

  • Lamb Carpaccio with Arugula and Mint
  • Braised Lamb Shank with Tortellini and Parmesan
  • Roasted Rack of Lamb with Spring Vegetables and Wild Mushrooms

Each of the dishes will be paired with wines.
