Newport Pride Weekend
From Saturday, June 23, 2018 to Sunday, June 24, 2018 June 23, 2018 June 24, 2018 The Chanler at Cliff Walk
The weekend begins with a Pride Ride through downtown Newport at 11:00 am where bike-safe, pride-full costumes are encouraged. The ride will end at historic Bowen's Wharf where a post-race reception will be held. The day continues with a Pride Sail on the Aquidneck Schooner at 2:10 pm and concludes with Pride Night Out at Salvation Cafe at 9:00 pm.
The fun continues on Sunday from 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm with Newport's first ever Drag Brunch presented by the Trailer Park Girls. Pre-sale tickets are sold out. A limited number of tickets will be available at the door on the day of the event. For those that cannot participate in the Drag Brunch there will be an Equality Festival for all ages at Equality Park on Broadway in Newport (between the Parlor and the Firehouse Theater) with vendors,
food, etc.
