Please join us on November 26th as we celebrate the start of the holiday season. From sweet to savory, Executive Chef Jacob Jasinski and his Forbes Travel Guide four-star culinary team have created a three- or four-course tantalizing feast featuring New England's finest holiday meats, poultry, and seafood.
- Three-course tasting menu available for $99 per person.
- Four-course tasting menu available for $120 per person.
- For children 12 years and under, a three-course prix fixe menu available for $55 per person.
Reservations from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Guests can select either the indoor dining room at Cara, or our new Winter Garden setting on the enclosed oceanside Café terrace.
A deposit of $25 per person required at time of booking to hold reservation, full refund if cancelled by Monday, November 23rd at 5pm. Any cancellations, no shows or reductions in party size after Monday, November 23rd at 5pm will result in forfeit of the deposit and are non-refundable.
About Green Circle Turkey Program
The Chanler and Cara are proud to partner with D'Artagnan in their Green Circle turkey program. The program revives the methods of family farms from over a century ago, when poultry ate vegetable trimmings while roaming freely in farmyards and pasture. Inspired by that common-sense, waste-nothing philosophy, Green Circle turkeys are raised on a diet of locally collected vegetables and trimmings. These methods have yielded chickens and turkey with a silky tender meat with an herbaceous flavor and richer fat.
