Deposit Schedule:

Reservations with an arrival date of November 01 to April 30 will require a 50% deposit of the total cost of the stay at the time of booking. Reservations with an arrival date of May 01 to October 31 will require a 100% deposit of the total cost of the stay at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations from November 01 thru April 30th: any cancellation received within 14 days of arrival is subject to a fee equal to the amount of the deposit required at booking. Cancellations from the time of booking to the 14 days prior to arrival result in a refund of the deposit minus a  $50 administrative fee. Cancellations from May 01 thru October 31: any cancellation received within 30 days of arrival is subject to a fee equal to the amount of the deposit required at booking. Cancellations from the time of booking to the 30 days prior to arrival result in a refund of the deposit minus a  $50 administrative fee.
