Foundation of Taste Series: Caviar and Eggs
Combining learning, tasting and discussion, the afternoon will be spent discussing the special nature of eggs, the luxurious history of caviar and how champagne is a natural match for both. Three dishes will be served throughout the event with champagne to accompany each dish. This is a unique opportunity to interact with Chef Matt Voskuil and the rest of the Cara Team. The exclusive dishes for this event include:
1. Omelet with Caviar, Créme Fraîche and Black Truffle
2. Caviar with Smoked Salmon and Traditional Garnish
3. Key Lime and Caviar "Tart"
