The Cara Experience
Cara offers an intimate tasting experience shaped nightly by the creativity of the kitchen and the seasonality of New England. Presented as a blind tasting, each course arrives without a menu, allowing the evening to unfold naturally through flavor, texture, and conversation.
Guided by Chef Jacob Jasinski and his culinary team, the experience moves with intention rather than expectation. Dishes are introduced as they leave the kitchen, creating a closer connection between guest, chef, and ingredient. Rooted in the coastal landscape yet refined in execution, each evening at Cara is designed to feel singular, immersive, and impossible to replicate exactly the same way twice.
