Valentine's Day at Cara 

Experience the most romantic day of the year at "The Most Romantic Hotel in America". Executive Chef Matt Voskuil has crafted a special menu for Valentine's Day called 'Adore'. Indulge in a six-course tasting menu featuring delectable dishes such as oyster, tuna, duck and Japanese wagyu.

2019 Tasting Series: Foundation of Taste 

Introducing Foundation of Taste: Our revamped Tasting Series beginning in February of 2019. Our Foundation of Taste events are interactive, focused explorations of ingredients and preparation. Learn more about the Foundation of Taste Series.

2018 Wine Spectator Award of Excellence Recipient
