Join us on November 28th at Cara Restaurant as we celebrate the start of the holiday season. From sweet to savory, Executive Chef Jacob Jasinski and his team have created a three or four-course feast designed to be a comfort, a reward, a guilty pleasure and a bit of nostalgia.

About Green Circle Turkey Program

The Chanler and Cara are proud to partner with D'Artagnan in their Green Circle turkey program. The program revives the methods of family farms from over a century ago, when poultry ate vegetable scraps while roaming freely in farmyards and pasture. Inspired by that common-sense, waste-nothing philosophy, Green Circle turkeys are raised on a diet of locally collected vegetables and trimmings.These methods have yielded chickens and turkey with a silky tender meat with an herbaceous flavor and richer fat. 

Three-course tasting menu available for $95 per person. 

Four-course tasting menu available for $115 per person. 

For children 12 years and under, a three-course prix fixe menu available for $55 per person. 

Reservations are available on November 28th from 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
