Reservation Process

All treatments must be scheduled 24 hours in advance of the appointment request.

When reserving your treatment, please let our team know if you have a preference for your therapist's gender and inform us of any health conditions at the time of booking. 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the service. If canceled within 24 hours, we will charge 100% of the treatment cost.
